Maintenance Technician

Are you a multi-faceted machinery fixer-upper? As a maintenance technician, you’ll be accountable for executing the best practices to diagnose, repair, maintain and improve all equipment and systems, which keep our facilities, fleet and production running smoothly and efficiently. You have:

  • A high school diploma
  • Knowledge of basic facility and equipment maintenance, including mechanic, electrical and heating, ventilative and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication tools, including hand and power tools, saws, hydraulic presses and diagnostics
  • Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and operation of forklift, trailers and vehicles (gas and diesel)
  • An ability to test and maintain all systems, machinery and equipment to ensure that they continually operate and meet the recommended manufacturer intervals
  • The capability to provide timely service to diagnose and remedy problems
  • A capacity to pro-actively identify or seek-out preventative maintenance for equipment as well as report of any deficiencies
  • Strong communication skills

We prefer you have:

  • Certifications in any of the following: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), HVAC, welding and electrical maintenance
  • Five or more years of experience in maintenance
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience
