MiTek Sapphire Viewer Step by Step Instructions

Step 1:

Download MiTek Sapphire Viewer. Open your MMDL file.

Step 2:

Your file will open viewing the floor plan. You may use the wheel on your mouse, to zoom in and out. Wherever you point the arrow, is where you will zoom into. On this plan, you’ll also be able to read all of the details.

Step 3:

If you would like to see this 3D, press F11. In the 3D view, you can also zoom in and out using the wheel. You can use the tape measurer from the tool bar.

Step 4:

In order to see more levels of your building, go to the visibility switches on the right hand side. By checking the boxes, you can turn on and off the different levels and different floor systems in your building. This view will allow you to see the wall panel package and the truss package that will be arriving.

Step 5:

By holding the left button down, you can rotate the building around your arrow point. By holding the right button down, you will be turning your head from where you’re standing on the computer screen. By holding both buttons down, you can pan side-to-side. This tool should allow you to see the complete framing package before it arrives on site: allowing you to understand the parts and pieces that will be assembled together.

That’s it!

And that’s as easy-as-it-gets. We hope this answers any questions you may have about MiTek Sapphire Viewer. If you have more questions, please reach out to us!
