What our employees are saying

"There are a few things that set Blenker apart from many other companies. This is a family run business and the Blenker family works side by side with their employees whether it be in the field or in the office. They are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and working through busy periods. If you’re working hard, you can rest assured, they are too. As the construction industry has evolved over the years to include panelized walls and automated saws, Blenker has wholeheartedly embraced new technologies and provides the most up to date software and equipment for our employees to be the most productive we can be. Their commitment to technology extends into our own power production for most of our plant’s needs through Solar PV rooftop panels. We are continuously modernizing to stay on the cutting edge of new building products and automation. Most of the core group of Blenker employees have been working in the construction industry for decades. They are not only knowledgeable, but share their knowledge with their team-mates freely. This creates an environment of collaborative ideas and discussions that often lead to very innovative designs. I have enjoyed working for Blenker. As a truss designer, I get to use an amazing 3D structural software (Mitek Sapphire) that lets me fully build the houses in a 3D model. It is a lot of fun to start with a paper plan and see the building all come together and take shape structurally. Every day is different and challenging with new plans landing on my desk ready to be explored. There are opportunities in life, but you have to seize them."

Tarion O'Carroll, Truss Designer/Estimator

"If you are looking to work for a forward thinking, progressive company in the building industry, Blenker Companies is for you. Growth oriented and large enough to offer advancement from within, yet family owned and small enough to allow you to contribute in ways that are rewarding and impactful, Blenker is a great fit for those who are motivated to make a difference. The team first attitude is always focused on looking ahead, which creates a culture that's fun to work in. We continually raise the bar by setting lofty, yet attainable goals and always strive to reach the next level. Our ceiling in the building industry is very high and we’ve only scratched the surface. Hop on board if you’re ready to rise to the top!"

Mark Robinson, Business Development Leader at Blenker Companies

"Each day at Blenker Companies, Inc. has proven to be a learning opportunity both personally and professionally. I came to Blenker with very little experience but have been given a chance to prove myself and contribute to a forward thinking company. I enjoy the flexibility I have to manage myself as well as the opportunities to help others reach their potential. I would recommend Blenker Companies, Inc., to those who wish to think outside the box and those who have the internal drive to succeed."

Alene Leazer, Former Employee at Blenker Companies

"Blenker provides an awesome work environment that allows me the opportunity to advance my skills."

Matt Pomerenke, 10-year veteran of Blenker Companies
